What Age Can My Baby Start?

What Massage Medium Do You Recommend?
I highly recommend oil, fractionated Coconut oil or Sunflower oil with Vitamin C. You can also use a baby safe lotion. Please remember if using a medium you have never used before to patch test your baby, to make sure there is zero reaction.
How Do I Perform A Safety Patch Test?
Take a small amount of oil or lotion apply this to baby’s elbow and leave for 24hrs - if no redness or rash this will be safe for baby to use for massage. If redness or rash is present do NOT continue use.
Where Should I Massage Baby?
In a warm quiet room, on the floor on a flat surface, preferably towel, change mat or yoga mat.

When baby is showing engagement cues such as; smiling, laughing, giggling, wide open eyes that are focused and interested, alert and animated face and smooth movements or grasping
